      This platform is used to conduct and document legally required occupational safety trainings. Responsibility for the training content and organization lies with the respective company. DiSEG Academy provides the technical infrastructure and documentation.

      Responsibility for conducting the training and adapting it to company-specific requirements lies with the respective company. This platform provides a technical solution for structured training and documentation. It does not replace individual legal advice or risk assessments. Trainings must be repeated regularly and updated in case of operational changes.

      Personal data such as name, user identification, course status and timestamps are processed for training purposes. The respective company is responsible for data processing.     • Do trainings need to be repeated annually?

      Yes. Occupational safety training must be conducted and documented at least once per year.

    • Are the certificates legally valid?

      Certificates document content, date and participant. Legal responsibility remains with the employer.

    • In which languages are courses available?

      Courses are currently available in the following languages: German (DE), English (EN), Polish (PL), Hungarian (HU), Russian (RU) and Romanian (RO). The language is configured individually for each user and can be adjusted if necessary. Additional languages will be added continuously.

    • When is a training considered completed?

      A training is considered completed when all content has been fully completed, the knowledge test has been successfully passed and the final confirmation has been submitted.
